Harmony Mediation Financial Disclosure Booklet

Sometimes things go wrong. If you're going to mediation meetings, first let me say I'm sorry, I know how you feel.

If you're going to mediation meetings run by Harmony Mediation, you may have to fill in one of their Financial Disclosure Booklets. A lot of companies provide a PDF of this on their website, but unfortunately Harmony Mediation isn't one of them, and they just send you a paper version in the post.
